The service

Portrait lets you create a profile or portfolio page published at <name>.myportrait.page or on your own domain, optimised for search and AI engines, with a dashboard and a visibility score.

Your account

You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to host, display and distribute it (pages, share images, sitemap, llms.txt, submission to engines) only to provide the service.

You confirm you have the right to publish it. Forbidden: unlawful or misleading content, content infringing others’ rights, impersonation, fake reviews presented as real. We may unpublish manifestly unlawful content.

Visibility: no ranking guarantee

Portrait applies search best practices and makes your page readable by AI engines. No ranking in a search engine and no citation by an AI engine is guaranteed: those services decide on their own. The visibility score measures what engines answer at the time of the test.

Plans, trial and payment

The Free plan has no time limit. Pro can be tried for 14 days without a card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, by card (renews automatically until cancelled) or by Mobile Money (each payment covers one period, with no automatic charge).

Each plan’s limits are described on the Pricing page and enforced by the service. When a paid period ends without renewal, the account returns to Free: the Portrait badge comes back and a custom domain redirects to the subdomain.

Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can delete your account: pages go offline at once and data is erased after 30 days, during which you can cancel.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to direct damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced before they take effect.
